Preparing your interview space...
This policy explains what PrepView stores, how interview data is used, and how account information and AI session content are handled.
Last updated: April 21, 2026

PrepView may collect account identifiers, interview configuration data, generated questions, call transcripts, feedback summaries, scores, and usage metadata required to operate the platform.
Data is used to authenticate users, save interview drafts, generate questions, run AI interview sessions, produce analysis, send optional feedback emails, and improve the reliability of the product.
Private interviews remain restricted to their owner. Public interviews are exposed to the community only when the owner marks them as public and published. Draft interviews are not intended for general access.
PrepView may use third-party providers for authentication, AI generation, voice calls, email delivery, and hosting infrastructure. Those providers may process limited data as needed to provide the requested feature.
Interview records remain stored until deleted by the user or an authorized administrator. Published state, visibility state, and interview ownership remain under system access rules and administrative controls.
If you have privacy questions about your deployment of PrepView, contact the deployment operator or support channel configured for the site.
